Robert F. Costello, Jr. MBA
President
Robert’s interest in finance began at an early age. Upon receiving his first paycheck from an after school job, he invested it in the stock market. Robert did very well with the investment. He’s been hooked on saving and investing ever since.

Robert earned his BS in Business Administration and an MBA in Finance from LaSalle University in Philadelphia. He went on to work in all aspects of the investment business from auditing, brokering, account administration to a focus on investment management and research. Robert holds a Series 65 Investment Adviser Representative License.

His experience at nationally recognized investment firms includes positions such as Auditor, Investment Broker, Investment Research Analyst, Investment Research Director, and Managing Director. With a fervent belief that a financial advisor should always be working in the best interest of his client, he founded Costello Asset Management, Inc., an independent registered investment advisory firm.

Robert’s expertise also extends to non-profit organizations. He has over three decades of experience managing non-profit investments.

Jacob A. Salzmann
Investment Advisor
Jacob Salzmann is registered investment advisor with nearly three decades of experience. Prior to joining Costello Asset Management, he managed an independent investment advisory firm from 1997 to 2024. He also spent 30 years in the U.S. Air Force, retiring with the rank of Colonel.
Jacob earned his undergraduate, graduate, and doctorate degrees from the University of Pennsylvania. Jacob currently holds a Series 65 license.
